Job summary

Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care at home or in alternate infusion sites, under supervision. You will ensure patient safety and continuity of care following a physician’s plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience. Travel is 100%, with responsibilities including documentation, education, and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care and administers therapies per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs during visits and documents care in real-time.
• Educates patients and families on prescribed therapies and discharge instructions.
