Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic nursing care in patients' homes or infusion sites under supervision. You will deliver treatments, administer medications, and educate patients and families to ensure safe, effective care.

Applicants should hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation for travel up to 100%. BSN is preferred and prior home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to document care.
• BSN preferred; 1 year home health or acute care experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care in the home or infusion site.
• Provides direct patient care, performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment based on physician orders and patient status.
• Communicates with clinical team, physicians, and patients to ensure continuity of care.
