Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or alternative infusion sites under physician plans of care. You will document care, educate patients and families, and work under close supervision to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and ability to travel to patient homes; prior infusion nursing experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic direct patient care in home or alternative infusion sites.
• Assesses patient needs and adapts plan of care under physician orders.
• Documents care in real time and educates patients and families.
• Coordinates with clinical team and physicians to ensure safe care.
• Supports discharge planning and maintains compliance with policies.
