Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in home and infusion sites, under close supervision. You will deliver treatments, educate patients, and adjust plans per physician orders to ensure safe, effective care. Travel is required to visit patients across the service area.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, with 0–2 years infusion experience preferred and CPR certification. A valid driver’s license is necessary for travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• 0–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment based on physician orders and patient status.
• Assess patient needs and status at each visit, documenting findings.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing team to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate promptly of significant changes in patient condition to supervisor.
