Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver direct patient care in home or alternate infusion sites under supervision. You will initiate and monitor basic nursing plans, perform treatments, educate patients and families, and document care for billing and continuity.

Requires an active RN license and CPR certification, with 0–2 years infusion nursing experience. Travel up to 100% of the time to patient locations is required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic direct patient care in home or infusion site.
• Perform treatments, administer medications, and educate patients and families.
• Document care in real time and communicate with clinical team for continuity of care.
