Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking In-Home Product Assembler Technicians to join our expanding team. You will start with in-home certification and can advance to in-store certifications, earning more with additional qualifications.

As an assembler, you will visit customers’ homes across a 75-mile radius, working independently with your own transportation. Training pays $20/hr, then piece-rate based on completed work, approximately $20–$30/hr when converted to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• In-home installation/assembly experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel within ~75 miles.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders for in-home installation or assembly.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments.
• Verify work orders to ensure correct products.
• Assemble products to National Assemblers, Inc. specifications.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Leave homes neat and clean after job completion.
• Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after each job.
