Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking proactive Product Assembler Technicians to perform in-home assembly for major brands. You’ll start with comprehensive training and certification, then progress to in-store options.

You’ll travel to customers’ homes within a 75-mile radius, independently managing each job. The role offers a base training rate of $20 per hour, followed by a piece-rate pay model that can reach $20–$30 per hour equivalent, depending on completed work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Regular travel within a 75-mile radius of home.

Responsibilities

• Daily, you will receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes.
• Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments.
• Confirm your work orders to make sure you are assembling/repairing the correct product.
• Assemble product to National Assemblers’ specifications.
• Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
• Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash).
• Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion.
