Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking motivated assemblers to join our expanding team. This in-home position offers certification pathways and earnings growth through training and piece-rate pay.

You will travel to customers’ homes to assemble products, work independently, and build strong customer rapport while delivering quality service. Training wages start at $20/hour, with potential to earn $30/hour once certified, including overtime and mileage benefits.

Qualifications

• Problem solver: identifies challenges, proactively seeks and recommends creative solutions.
• Skilled professional: background in carpentry, installation, or in-home services.
• Reliable: proven attendance record, self-motivated, adheres to schedule, meets tight deadlines.
• Excellent communicator: strong ability to communicate with all types of customers and diffuse difficult situations. Strong customer service is a must

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes.
• Communicate with the customer to confirm appointments.
• Verify work orders to ensure correct product assembly/repair.
• Assemble products per National Assemblers’ specifications.
• Build rapport and deliver quality customer service for 100% satisfaction.
• Leave customers’ homes clean and free of trash.
• Enter follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion
