Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking an In-Home Product Assembler Technician to join our growing team.

You will travel to customers' homes, assemble products to specifications, and earn compensation through a training rate plus possible piece-rate conversion to hourly pay. Initially, you will be certified as an In-Home Assembler Technician; after certification, opportunities exist to become in-store certified and advance through trainer and grill certifications, with increasing earnings

Qualifications

• Problem solving is essential for identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
• Background in carpentry, installation, or in-home services preferred.
• Reliable attendance, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and ability to diffuse difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders and perform installation/assembly in customers' homes.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and work orders.
• Assemble products to National Assemblers, Inc. specifications.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and quality service.
• Leave homes neat and clean after work is completed.
• Complete follow-up notes in NAI's system after job completion.
