Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking an In-Home Product Assembler Technician to assemble products at customers’ homes, with training and potential in-store certifications.

You must have own reliable transportation and be willing to travel within a 75-mile radius. Compensation starts at $20/hr during training and shifts to a piece-rate model after training, with typical earnings ranging from $20–$30/hr equivalent depending on completed jobs.

Qualifications

• Problem solver who proactively finds creative solutions.
• Background in carpentry, installation, or in-home services.
• Reliable, self-motivated, adheres to schedule, meets deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with customers and good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Daily you will receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly in homes.
• Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments.
• Confirm work orders to ensure you are assembling/repairing the correct product.
• Assemble product to National Assemblers' specifications.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
• Leave customers' homes neat and clean (free of all trash).
• Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion.
