Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking in-home Product Assembler Technicians to join our expanding team. You will assemble products in customers’ homes and earn base pay during training, then move to a piece-rate pay model based on what you assemble.

This role offers growth through certifications (in-home, in-store, trainer, grill), travel within a 75‑mile radius, and a weekend-friendly schedule. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Problem solving and proactive thinking are essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Background in carpentry, installation, or in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Daily, receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes.
• Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments.
• Confirm work orders to ensure correct product assembly or repair.
• Assemble product to National Assembler’s specifications.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction with service and product.
• Leave homes neat and clean, with no trash remaining.
• Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion.
