Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking Assemblers to join our expanding team. You will work in customers’ homes, starting with In-Home certification and potentially progressing to in-store certifications.

The role offers a base training pay of $20/hour, with earnings later based on a piece-rate model that typically yields $20–$30/hour equivalent depending on completed jobs. Applicants must provide reliable transportation and be willing to travel; schedules run Monday through Sunday with hours

Qualifications

• Problem solving skills to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Background in carpentry, installation, or in-home services.
• Reliable attendance, self-motivated, adheres to schedule and deadlines.
• Strong communication with customers and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete customer orders for installation or assembly in customers’ homes.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments.
• Confirm work orders to ensure correct product assembly/repair.
• Assemble products according to National Assemblers’ specifications.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction with service and product quality.
• Leave homes neat and clean after service.
• Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion.
