Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking In-Home Product Assembler Technicians to assemble products in customers’ homes. You will start with in-home training and certification, then may advance to in-store certifications and trainer/grill certifications with earning potential increasing as you certify.

Daily work involves visiting customer homes to complete installations, using your own transportation. Training pays $20 per hour; post-training pay is piece-rate based on completed jobs, with typical

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, installation, or in-home services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated with good attendance and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes.
• Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments.
• Confirm work orders to ensure correct product assembly/repair.
• Assemble product to National Assemblers’ specifications.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction with service and quality.
• Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (trash-free).
• Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion.
