Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator for Club Wyndham Nashville to deliver quality support for Sales and Marketing processes and to provide exceptional customer service to guests and partners.

You will protect data, support process improvements, and collaborate with Sales, HR, and Resort Operations leadership to drive initiatives while maintaining rigorous reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to support weekends and holidays.
• Strong focus on data integrity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, business partners, and team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve customer service or processes.
• Protect data when interacting with guests to ensure optimal experience.

• Understand and implement operational procedures governing the business.
• Support new initiatives and explain impacts to affected teams.
