You will protect data, follow procedures, and partner with leadership to implement initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities include onboarding, reporting, cross-team collaboration, and maintaining asset protection while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service
• Availability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, business partners, and team members
• Collaborate with leadership to improve customer service and processes
• Protect data when interacting with guests to ensure a quality experience
• Ensure company assets are protected and policies are followed
• Understand and implement operational procedures governing the business
• Support new initiatives and explain changes to impacted teams
• Maintain and validate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting needs
• Escalate issues appropriately to leadership
