Job summary

Wyndham Destinations is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support Sales and Marketing processes, ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service across the organization. This hands-on role requires attention to data integrity and process improvement.

You will collect and validate data, log reservations, audit inventory, and generate regular reports while collaborating with Sales, HR, Resort Operations, and Wyndham Corporate to implement new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Availability to support weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, business partners, and the team.
• Identify ways to improve customer service or processes.

• Manage and protect company assets through all interactions.
• Understand and implement operational procedures that govern the business.
