United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team as 1099 independent contractors, delivering compassionate in-home care to energy workers. You will perform assessments, educate patients and families, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and coordinate care with Case Managers and physicians.
Requirements include an active RN license in the state, ability to travel to patients' homes, BLS certification, passing a state and federal background check,
Qualificações
- Active RN license in the practice state.
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
- Malpractice insurance is required.
- Strong problem-solving and empathetic bedside manner.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct thorough home health assessments and tailor care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and care with Case Managers and physicians.
- Monitor symptoms and report changes promptly to the care team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Maintain accurate medical records in the EMR system.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
