Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead construction management for a major government portfolio based in the Southwest U.S. with potential expansion to the Northwest and other CONUS locations.

The role includes site visits, safety oversight, RFI reviews, schedule analysis, cost estimating, and PMO governance while coordinating with federal agencies and client stakeholders. Responsibilities include directing PMs, managing resources, and ensuring milestones are met.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience in design, construction, and construction management.
• Federal government contracting experience and strong procurement/pricing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Primary client liaison with government reps, subcontractors, and client teams.
• Maintain client relationships and monitor milestones across project phases.
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
