Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced project manager to lead interdisciplinary teams on complex construction programs in the United States. The role involves developing execution plans, risk management, and ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to contractual requirements.

Travel of up to 15–20% may be required. A technical bachelor’s degree and PMP are preferred; familiarity with FAA coordination is advantageous.

Qualifications

Knowledge of engineering and construction processes and industry practices.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; lead capacity on a project.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and other PC software used in engineering/construction.
Experience with FAA federal/local coordination and project requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

Leads interdisciplinary teams of project professionals and manages their work effort.
Prepares work plans including project execution approach, risk management, schedule, and budget.
Develops risk management plans to identify and control hazards.
Ensures safety compliance and adherence to site procedures and standards.
Negotiates changes to scope with client and subcontractors; coordinates with Procurement.
