Responsibilities

• Leads portions of the prime project contract and staff management.
• Advises project management on their portion of the project.
• Implements project plan and resource plan for assigned portions.
• Manages staffing within the project and coordinates outside resources.
• Communicates deadlines, assignments, and objectives to the team.
• Coaches staff and escalates performance issues.
• Identifies risk and communicates mitigation strategies.
• Reviews client billings and ensures timely payment.
• Reviews subcontractor invoices and ensures timely payment.
• Develops statements of work with WBS and gains concurrence.
• Ensures adherence to PM policies and practices.
• Builds and maintains client relationships and satisfaction.
