Job summary

Parsons in Texas is seeking an Aviation Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale aviation programs, including landside/airside design, with a minimum project value of $250 million. You will direct teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to deliver on schedule.

Relocation or frequent travel to project sites is required. Strong communication, leadership and PM certification are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of aviation project/construction management experience.
• Professional registration with active membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation projects ensuring on-schedule and within budget.
• Develop budgets and schedules; manage client and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE, and execution plans are in place.
• Coordinate with Business Development to secure additional work.
