Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors on-site to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to develop and update construction schedules.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce adherence to drawings/specifications.
• Lead daily/weekly coordination meetings and provide updates to government personnel as needed.
• Maintain on-site documentation including reports and photos.
• Identify and resolve potential problems in project execution.
