Job summary

SiteLine Services is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee and coordinate onsite activities for large construction projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and production inspections, with supervision of subcontractors and staff to meet onsite requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction means/methods, be able to maintain strong communication with field teams and the project manager, and travel as needed while ensuring OSHA standards are followed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in large scale construction or site services.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required, if not on file, training will be provided and must be obtained.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations on the construction site and coordinate field teams and subs.
• Conduct regular job-site inspections, equipment inspections, and safety audits.
• Coordinate OSHA-related safety practices and prepare reports on violations and incidents.
• Monitor project costs and profitability; manage subcontractors.
• Coordinate materials and equipment deliveries with vendors and suppliers.
• Develop overall project and weekly work schedules for workers and subs.
• Maintain a daily log of operations and submit daily reports.
• Conduct daily site QA/QC inspections and update project managers on progress.
• Assist with HR tasks: orienting, training, scheduling, and performance discussions.
• Travel to multiple job sites as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
