Graycor is seeking a Superintendent to direct daily on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, labor and project resources to meet specifications and schedule. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining or improving project timelines.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of construction superintendent experience, the ability to travel and stay on site as needed, and a strong grasp of project documents, blueprints, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of construction experience as a Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily jobsite activities, managing subcontractors and labor.
• Ensure safety and quality program compliance and maintain schedules.
• Plan look-ahead schedules and maintain project schedule controls.
• Review change orders with Project Manager and manage budgets for work activities.
• Prepare status reports and daily site documentation for the Project Manager.
• Maintain open communication with Owner's representative and attend progress meetings.
