• 1+ year experience in HVAC distribution and wholesale operations.
• 2+ years working with CSD ERP and TWL WMS.
• 1+ year delivering training to varied audiences.
• 5+ years in inventory management, warehouse ops, counter sales, and store merchandising.
• 1+ year evaluating training effectiveness and KPI tracking.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and standardize SOPs across warehouse, counter sales, operations, and store management.
• Translate SOPs into ERP work instructions and training materials.
• Deliver on-site training for new store launches and post-launch stabilization.
• Train teams on inventory, receiving, order fulfillment, and ERP processes.
• Travel 80-85% to support locations nationwide.
• Partner with regional ops managers and store leadership to drive readiness.
