Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC industry experience with commercial design & application.
• Experience with bid-spec processes and engineering firms.
• Proven training, application engineering, or specification-focused sales background.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for engineering professionals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30% in US/Canada.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver high-level technical presentations, seminars, and workshops for engineering firms and design professionals.
• Create and maintain technical tools, guides, and BIM object libraries for sales and design.
• Translate product features into performance benefits for design/specification processes.
• Provide training on light commercial RTUs, WSHP, and VRF systems; address industry trends like decarbonization and low-GWP refrigerants.
• Serve as a technical authority to internal teams and external partners; support with energy modeling and project specs.
