Bosch is seeking an Engineering Trainer for Commercial HVAC Applications to lead premium technical training for engineers, design-build professionals, and bid-spec representatives. The role emphasizes application-focused education of Bosch, FHP, and Hitachi systems.

The ideal candidate has deep system design knowledge of light commercial rooftops, WSHP, and VRF, with strong presentation skills and willingness to travel across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• WSHP systems, geothermal, and cooling tower knowledge.
• Experience with HVAC design, energy modeling software.
• P.E. license or LEED AP certification preferred.
• Inverter/variable-speed heat pump tech knowledge.
• Active ASHRAE membership preferred.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver high-level technical presentations and workshops for engineering firms and design professionals.
• Create and maintain technical sales and design tools, including guides and BIM objects.
• Translate product features into design-focused benefits for specifications.
• Provide training on light commercial RTUs, VRF, and WSHP systems.
• Act as technical authority for Bosch HVAC systems with internal and external partners.
• Support with system design, energy modeling, and project-specific specs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality teams on products and codes.
• Support manufacturers' reps and distribution partners with training.
• Develop content for industry events and professional organizations like ASHRAE and AIA.
• Gather feedback from engineering community to inform product development.
