Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Factory Training is seeking an Engineering Trainer to empower engineers and design-build professionals in the US and Canada. You will develop and deliver advanced training on light commercial rooftops, WSHP, and VRF systems, translating complex features into compelling design benefits for bids and specifications.

The role combines technical leadership with active collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, and Quality to stay current with building codes and energy

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HVAC with focus on commercial design and application.
• Experience with engineering firms and bid-spec processes.
• Design/spec knowledge for light commercial rooftops, WSHP, VRF systems.
• Experience in training, application engineering, or spec-focused sales.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-level technical presentations and workshops.
• Create and maintain a library of sales and design tools, BIM objects, and guides.
• Translate product features into design-focused benefits for engineers and specifiers.
• Deliver training on light commercial RTUs, VRF, and WSHP systems; cover trends like electrification and low-GWP refrigerants.
• Support specification community with design, energy modeling, and project specs.
