Bosch is seeking an Engineering Trainer for Commercial HVAC Applications to educate engineers, design-build contractors, and bid-spec reps on our commercial HVAC portfolio. The role emphasizes a design-first training philosophy and requires deep expertise in light commercial rooftops, WSHP systems, and VRF technology.

This mid-level, salaried position involves up to 30% travel across the US and Canada, blending engineering acumen with polished presentation skills to influence project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PE license or LEED AP certification is preferred.
• Experience with HVAC design, energy modeling, and system specification.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver high-level technical presentations for engineering firms and design professionals.
• Create and maintain a library of technical sales and design tools, including BIM objects and master specifications.
• Translate complex product features into compelling performance benefits for design and specification processes.
• Deliver training on light commercial RTUs, Hitachi VRF, and Bosch WSHP systems and related trends.
