Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Engineering Trainer for Commercial HVAC Applications to join the Home Comfort Factory Training team, reporting to the Sales Technology and Training Innovation Lead.

The role focuses on educating specifying engineers, design-build contractors, and bid-spec reps on Bosch, FHP, and Hitachi systems, including light commercial rooftops, WSHP, and VRF. Will travel up to 30% in the US & Canada.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HVAC design experience in commercial systems.
• Experience with engineering firms and bid-spec process.
• Knowledge of light commercial rooftops, WSHP, VRF systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level technical presentations and workshops.
• Create library of sales/design tools (guides, BIM, specs).
• Translate product features into design benefits.
• Train on light commercial RTUs, Hitachi VRF, and Bosch WSHP systems.
• Support internal and external partners as technical authority.
• Assist with system design and energy modeling for specs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality on new products and codes.
• Develop content for industry events and promotions.
• Gather feedback to inform product strategy.
