The role emphasizes hands-on technical work across cinema projection, signage, and audio systems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or equivalent, electronics experience in Pro-Av markets, and the ability to travel up to 70–80% including weekends and

Responsabilidades

• Performs maintenance on cinema projection, digital signage, sound systems, servers, and power supplies.
• Provides demand service and executes a customer support plan.
• Tests electronic assemblies with meters and oscilloscopes.
• Repairs equipment, resolves firmware and software issues.
• Investigates customer complaints and communicates status to teams.
• Installs digital equipment and documents activities daily.
• Travels extensively and works in a high-paced environment.
