Strong Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers in the Washington, DC area. You will provide preventive maintenance, installation, site surveys, and on-demand services for digital cinema equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with cinema projection and digital signage equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with computer networking concepts and architecture.
• MS Office proficiency and strong attention to detail required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 70–80% of the time, including weekends/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance on cinema projection equipment, digital signage, sound systems, servers, and power supplies.
• Provides on-site demand service; develops and executes a support plan.
• Tests electronic assemblies using standard test equipment.
• Repairs equipment and resolves firmware/software issues.
• Investigates customer complaints and documents status for quality and sales teams.
• Installs digital equipment and records daily activity, hours and travel.
