Job summary

Basaran Grinder Corp. is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and support CNC grinding machines at customer facilities.

The role combines mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, machine installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and customer training, with frequent travel to sites across the United States and Canada. Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on experience with CNC machines or comparable equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are required.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and diagrams.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel across the United States and Canada as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, level, align, and commission CNC grinding machines and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, CNC, PLC, servo, and drive problems; coordinate with engineering for complex issues.
• Provide customer training on safe machine operation, basic diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
• Prepare service reports with symptoms, findings, work performed, and parts used; maintain records and backups.
• Support factory and site acceptance testing, production startup, and handoff to customers.
