Cullerton Group is seeking a skilled CNC Field Service Engineer for a permanent opportunity supporting a leading manufacturer of high-precision CNC grinding machines. This is a remote-based, field-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working directly with customers, and traveling to industrial manufacturing facilities.

Location: Remote – Ohio or Michigan Preferred. Employment Type: Direct Hire. Compensation: $40/hour + Overtime ($60/hour).

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machine experience required with various equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 80% across North America.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC grinding machines at customer facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and machine control issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and machine adjustments.
• Read and interpret manuals and electrical schematics.
• Identify root causes of machine failures and implement effective solutions.
• Travel to customer locations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Document service activities and findings.
