Job summary

EON, Inc. is seeking a Community Supports Manager (Float) to oversee program supervision and resource allocation across sites. You will supervise field staff, coordinate admissions, and support program development to meet quality standards.

The role requires knowledge of 245D services, experience in service outcomes and staff coordination, plus QIDP certification. Travel within-state is frequent; EON is an employee-owned employer offering ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of 245D services and development of service outcomes.
• Experience in creating individual program plans and coordinating staff.
• Participatory leadership style and staff coordination experience.
• Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) certification required.
• Designated Coordinator qualifications and related education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise program sites to ensure quality of care.
• Provide personnel management and training for assigned programs.
• Coordinate admissions and terminations of services.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow, and financial statements.
• Support Supervisors in disciplinary processes and training.
• Collaborate with HR to train Supervisors on tasks and policies.
