Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services with 1 year direct care experience
• Associates degree in human services with 2 years direct care experience
• Diploma in human services with 3 years direct care experience
• 50 hours of human services training and 4 years direct care experience
• QIDP certification required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and HR to train Supervisors
• Provide personnel management and training for programs
• Coordinate admissions and termination of clients
• Assist with service initiation and discontinuation
• Maintain knowledge of programming standards and regulations
• Budget development and financial performance oversight
• Serve as backup Designated Coordinator as needed
• Other duties as assigned
