Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services and one year (2,080 hours) of direct care experience.
• Associates degree in a field related to human services and two years (4,160 hours) of direct care experience.
• Diploma in a field related to human services and three years (6,240 hours) of direct care experience.
• Minimum 50 hours of education and training related to human services and four years (8,320 hours) of experience.
• Must be Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) certified.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and HR to ensure Supervisors are trained on policies and tasks.
• Provide personnel management and training for assigned programs/personnel.
• Coordinate training topics at in-services and arrange trainers.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training to staff.

Travel: This position requires frequent in-state travel (70%) between EON, Inc. locations and may require temporary relocation during project assignments.

Hours Worked: Usual hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. The manager's schedule must be flexible to accommodate various facility, personnel, and organizational needs.

What You Will Bring to Our Team: A CSM (Float) should have knowledge of 245D services, prior e xperience with the development of service outcomes and supports individual program plans and experience or training in hiring and coordinating staff. The ideal candidate will also possess a participatory leadership style. The CSM (Float) will be assigned to assist in various programs as need arise. Must be Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) Certified.

Requirements

Must meet the qualification of a Designated Coordinator which include any of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services and one (1) year (2,080 hours) experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or individuals aged 65 or older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;
• Associates degree in a field related to human services, and two (2) years (4,160 hours) of experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or individuals aged 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;
• Diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three (3) years (6,240 hours) of experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or individuals aged 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;
• A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four (4) years (8,320 hours) of experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or individuals aged 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in the first 3 bullets.
• Must be Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) Certified

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record check
• Must not be disqualified by appropriate criminal background studies.
• Meet the physical requirements as outlined in the physical assessment.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook Express and Internet Explorer.

Summary

A Community Supports Manager (Float) provides program related monitoring, supervision and resource for all EON, Inc's service sites. The manager is also responsible for the oversight of supervisors and the quality of care within their respective services. The CSM (Float) will be assigned to assist in various programs as needs arise.

• Collaborate with management and HR to ensure Supervisors are properly trained on and completing all required tasks and policies.
• Provide personnel management and training for assigned programs/personnel
• Tech designated training topics at EON, Inc.'s in-services and meetings as requested. This may include arranging trainers from outside of EON, Inc.
• Provide orientation and on-going training to company staff.
• Provide assistance in service initiation and discontinuation of services.
• Assist with identifying potential service recipients to fill client vacancies.
• Coordinate all admissions and termination of services of EON, Inc.’s clients.
• Maintain knowledge of programming standards and regulations under which the organization operates.
• Teach and support Supervisors in the disciplinary process for the people they supervise.
• Responsible for budget development, and financial performance of their assigned area and programs including monitoring cash flow and financial statements and communicating with employees as needed.
• Serve as the backup Designated Coordinator (245D guideline) as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
