Job summary

EON, Inc., Bemidji location, seeks a Community Supports Manager (Float) to oversee program monitoring and supervision across service sites. You will manage supervisors, ensure care quality, and support program operations. Training and staff development are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services and one year (2,080 hours) of direct care experience.
• Associates degree in human services and two years (4,160 hours) of direct care experience.
• Diploma in human services and three years (6,240 hours) of direct care experience.
• Four years (8,320 hours) of direct care experience under supervision if no degree.
• Must be Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) Certified.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and HR to ensure Supervisors are trained and compliant.
• Provide personnel management and training for assigned programs/personnel.
• Deliver designated training topics in in-services to staff.
