Job summary

EON, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Supervisor to oversee locations, supervise care staff, and implement client Program Implementation Plans. You will manage clients' finances, coordinate medical appointments, and handle household tasks to ensure quality programming.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of human services regulations. Full-time schedule with weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services and 1 year direct care experience.
• Associate degree in human services with 2 years direct care experience.
• A diploma in human services with 3 years direct care experience.
• Minimum 50 hours of education and 4 years direct care experience under qualified supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned location(s) and supervise direct care staff.
• Develop and supervise each client's Program Implementation Plan.
• Manage each client's finances and oversee medical appointments.
• Handle household management duties and other tasks as assigned.
• Support organizational goals and ensure policy compliance.
