Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a motivated General Ledger Operations Analyst to travel nationwide supporting the implementation and training of GL Operations software for bank clients. The role requires hands-on installation, customer training, and post-install support, with extensive overnight travel.

Hybrid work arrangement within a 70‑mile radius of listed office locations is offered. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a financial institution’s Back Office General Ledger Operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a financial institution with Back Office General Ledger Operations.
• Willing to travel 40–50% for software implementations; travel expenses covered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and train on the GL Operations Software Application.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and validate data conversion.
• Coordinate with programmers to analyze and audit transactions.
• Travel with a conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion and implementations.
• Map customer processes to Jack Henry product and prepare customers for installation.
