Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and train the GL Operations Software Application.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter set and validate data conversion.
• Train clients on GL Operations applications and provide ongoing support.
• Coordinate with programmers and analysts to audit transactions flowing through core systems.
• Travel with a conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementation.
• Map customers' existing processes to Jack Henry products and prepare them for installation.
• Oversee system setup and ensure business processes run on software.
• Provide software guidance and support at customer sites or remotely.
• Communicate customer needs to the team and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
