Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is hiring a General Ledger Operations Analyst who will travel nationwide to implement and support GL software for banking clients.

You’ll guide clients from pre-installation planning through training and post‑installation support, with significant overnight travel involved. The role requires experience in back-office GL operations, strong communication with clients, and the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a financial institution with Back Office General Ledger Operations.
• 50% travel for software implementations, travel expenses covered.
• Willingness to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and train on GL Operations Software.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and assist data conversion validation.
• Coordinate with analysts and programmers to audit transactions in core systems.
• Travel with the conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementation.
• Prepare customers for installation and provide post‑installation support.
