Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Foreman to join our wireline team and lead fiber optic installation projects across the country. The role requires supervising crews, performing manual labor, and operating equipment in safety‑driven environments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of utility construction experience as a crew leader or foreman, plus 1+ year of heavy equipment operation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a CDL. We offer growth and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman.
1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
CDL License (or the ability to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

Provides proficient-level manual labor and operations including hand digging, traffic control, entry level equipment operations, placing fiber, loading materials, operating equipment, leading crews.
Proficient with utility print and map reading.
Trains other construction crew members on fiber installation practices, print reading, equipment operations, OSHA requirements.
Leads by example, ensures safety rules/regulations are followed on jobsites.
Has professionalism to communicate directly with customers, subcontractors, homeowners, etc.
