Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Foreman to join our wireline team and lead the installation of fiber optic cable across various telecommunication projects. The role focuses on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for growth within the utility construction trade.

The candidate should have 2+ years as a crew leader or foreman, 1+ year heavy equipment operation, and a valid CDL or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman.
• 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• CDL License (or the ability to obtain) required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provides proficient‑level manual labor and operations including hand digging, traffic control, and equipment operations on safety sensitive sites.
• Leads by example and can lead crews on active jobsites; trains others in fiber installation, print reading, and OSHA requirements.
• Loads/unloads materials and equipment; supports setup and shutdown of projects; enforces safety practices.
