Job summary

ADB Companies is seeking a Foreman to join the wireline team and lead fiber installation projects. You will supervise crews, operate machinery, and ensure safety standards are met on diverse sites. The role emphasizes a strong ALL IN attitude and customer-focused execution.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in utility construction as a crew leader, hands-on equipment experience, and a valid CDL. CDL or ability to obtain is required, with opportunities for growth and career development.

Qualifications

2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader or foreman.
1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
CDL License (or ability to obtain).
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide proficient-level manual labor and operations including hand digging, traffic control, equipment operations, and leading crews on safety sensitive sites.
Read utility prints and maps.
Lead setup and shutdown of projects including traffic control in various conditions.
Ensure safety practices are followed; communicate with customers and contractors.
Train crew members on fiber installation practices and OSHA requirements.
