Qualifications

• 2+ years utility construction experience acting as crew leader or foreman.
• 1+ year heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• CDL License (or ability to obtain) required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proficient-level manual labor and operations including hand digging, setting up traffic control, and equipment operations.
• Lead crews and read utility prints and maps.
• Train crew members on fiber installation practices and safety requirements.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and communicate with customers and subcontractors.
• Oversee materials loading/unloading and jobsite logistics.
• Lead by example and mentor junior foremen/Supervisors.
• Onsite OTJ training with Senior Foreman to grow skills.
