Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Foreman to join our wireline team. You will lead crews, perform manual labor, and operate field equipment on fiber installation projects, ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of utility construction experience as a crew lead or foreman, plus CDL Class A and a valid driver's license. We offer growth opportunities, a strong safety culture, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman.
1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow)
Valid driver license with a clean driving record
CDL License (or the ability to obtain)
High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provides proficient-level manual labor and operations including hand digging, setting up traffic control, entry level equipment operations, laying fiber, loading materials, operating equipment, leading crews.
Proficient with utility print and map reading.
Leads and trains crew members on fiber installation practices, print reading, equipment operations, OSHA requirements.
Loads and unloads materials and equipment at yards and jobsites and coordinates with customers and subcontractors.
