Qualifications

• 2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman.
• 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide proficient-level manual labor and operations on safety-sensitive sites.
• Lead crews, set up traffic control, operate equipment, and install fiber.
• Train other crew members on fiber installation, safety regulations, and equipment use.
• Communicate with customers and subcontractors; ensure safety rules are followed.
• Load/unload materials, oversee job sites, and participate in pre-task hazard analysis.
