Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead our wireline team and manage fiber installation projects on site. You will supervise crews, operate equipment, read prints, and uphold safety and quality standards while maintaining customer relations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a crew leader in utility construction, a CDL or ability to obtain it, and are comfortable with nationwide travel. This role offers growth and a strong ALL IN culture focused on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman.
• 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• CDL License (or the ability to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides proficient-level manual labor and operations including hand digging and equipment operations on safety-sensitive sites.
• Leads crews, reads utility prints and maps, and ensures safety practices on site.
• Trains crew members on fiber installation practices, OSHA requirements, and equipment operations.
• Coordinates setup/shutdown of projects including traffic control and material handling.
• Communicates with customers, subcontractors, and homeowners to address issues.
