Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of utility construction experience as crew lead/foreman.
• 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL Class A required.

Responsibilities

• Lead manpower on safety-sensitive utility construction sites.
• Read utility prints and maps proficiently.
• Set up and shut down projects including traffic control across various locations.
• Train crew on fiber installation, equipment operation, and OSHA requirements.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and homeowners to address issues.
